    43 m2 wooden house, which is not suitable for living.
    8 cm frame structure set on a concrete or wooden floor structure, insulated with rock wool throughout its thickness.
    The inside is plasterboard, the outside is covered with wainscoting or noble plaster.
    The roof structure is a bracket with nail plates. The ceiling is covered with plasterboard, and the space above it is filled with insulation. The roof is made of tile.
    Shutters: they are made with 3 layers of glazing.

    ARCHITECT'S TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

    Design program

    The defining element of the design program is to create a modern building that meets the needs of a modern holiday building. In terms of the geometry of the building, it is a light structure building with a ground floor design and a high roof. Regarding the structure of the building, the construction regulations of the ERDÉRT MULTI-MODUL type wooden frame building are authoritative,

    PLANNED CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

    In accordance with today's requirements, a light structure building is being built. The design of the building is governed by the zoning and other relevant regulations, as well as Section 50 of the OTÉK. It was carried out on the basis of the customer's request, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph (2) of §
    The technical solutions used in the design of the building comply with OTÉK 50. (stability and mechanical strength; fire safety; hygiene, health and environmental protection; safe use; noise and vibration protection; energy saving and thermal protection; life and property protection; natural resources) sustainable use).

    • Durability and mechanical strength: the designed materials comply with 275/2013. (VII. 16.) Korm. regulations, there are no deviations from the relevant national standards.
    • No sources of noise or vibration-causing equipment will be placed in the building.
    • 312/2012 on construction and building supervision official procedures and inspections, as well as construction official service. (XI.8.) Korm. Regulation 8. 1.1.10 of the Annex, during the preparation of the building's architectural technical documentation, the plans meet the expectations in consultation with the relevant authority and utility service providers.
    • The design of the building is governed by the zoning and other relevant regulations, as well as Section 50 of the OTÉK. In addition to complying with the provisions of paragraph (2) of §, it takes place based on the request of the customer.
    • The requirements defined above are fulfilled based on the Hungarian national rules.

    The building and its parts, structure, built-in equipment and wiring system are designed in such a way that they are accessible for maintenance, modernization and possible replacement - without jeopardizing the stability of the connected structures - and that they meet the planned or estimated safety requirements required by Hungarian national standards during their lifetime - with safety appropriate to their intended purpose - the requirements of stability and mechanical strength, as well as intended and safe use, provide protection against damage caused by expected effects during the intended use of the structure, and meet and withstand expected loads and impacts .

    We implement the building and its parts in accordance with its intended purpose and taking into account the local conditions, so that it:

    • does not hinder the intended and safe use of neighboring properties and structures, independent purpose units,
    • with its dimensions, location and architectural design, it matches the conditions of the environment and the surrounding construction,
    • does not restrict the development of neighboring plots,
    • does not damage the neighboring building and its architectural features,
    • enables the preservation of architectural heritage and architectural values,
    • the location of the building, its installation height, facade, roof and their design enable a more favorable development of the townscape and the environment, and the enforcement of the values ​​of the landscape and townscape,
    • with its architectural solution - according to our intentions - it contributes to the aesthetic shaping of the landscape and the settlement image.

    Foundation
    The method of foundation and the design of the foundation can be inferred from the age of the building and the thickness and structural design of the existing structure. Under the building, a concrete bar foundation could be made with a width of 40-50 cm and approx. With a height dimension of 80 cm.

    Wall structures
    The new facade walls are made of a lightweight wall system, licensed by ÉMI. The inner thermal insulation core is made with a widened rib frame, due to better thermal technical properties. The internal partition walls are KNAUF mounted walls, with CW 75 profile, 2x2 layer 12.5 mm plasterboard covering and 5 cm ISOVER AKUSTO thermal insulation. Impregnated plasterboard must be used in wet rooms.

    Chimney
    A chimney in the building is made on demand.

    Slab structure
    No separate slab structure is made in the building. A KNAUF false ceiling with a suspended system attached to the wooden nail plate support supporting the shell is made.

    Roof structure
    Wooden nail plate supports are made according to static design plans and production plans. Laths, counter-laths and tile covering or tile covering are made on the supports with the layer orders specified on the planned sections plan sheet. The new channels are made from the TERRÁN gutter system, in RAL 8004 color.

    Shutters
    The new doors and windows are individual and type windows and doors with thermally insulated glazing, wooden or plastic profiled doors and windows, made with 3 layers of thermally insulating glazing, with a value of Ug=06 W/m2K. Inside and outside, same color with wooden skirting and elbow. The type of interior doors are wooden doors.

    Insulations
    Under the floor covering of the wet rooms, insulation against operational and use water must be made of MAPEI Mapelastic spreadable waterproofing, with MAPEI Mapeband flexural reinforcement.

    Coverings
    The covers shown on the floor plan and the sections are made. A covering is being made in the wet room of the building. The floor covering of cold-covered rooms must be laid in flexible adhesive. Expansion profiles must be installed in the casing. When designing the base, the expansions are a must be built in the same place as the cover.     Surface formation

    The planned building structures and their installation solutions serve to keep the building's high quality and operating costs at a low level in accordance with the customer's needs. The designed wall structures, suspended ceilings, doors and windows, water-heat and sound insulation systems can be purchased on the domestic building materials market, a well-known, qualified, high-tech product that works on the system principle.
